Cancellation Policy

30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus an 8% administrative and credit card processing fee.

Within 30 days of arrival: No refund will be provided. However, the full amount can be applied as a credit toward future travel. Credit is valid for 18 months from the date of cancellation.

Trip Insurance – $150 per person, per day: Optional trip insurance is available. If purchased, you are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.

Hatcher Pass Castle exceeded our expectations. Out of our 2 week visit to Alaska, Hatcher Pass Castle was our favorite! We wish we had stayed more nights here! It was very peaceful and so beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable and had a noise machine with bird noises on for relaxing.

I absolutely loved my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I ended at the Castle by providence. I was struggling to find a place to stay for the first night of a busy holiday weekend. I didn't want to drive 2 hours after getting off of a 6 hour flight.

Place was awesome! Off the beaten path really gave it the Alaskan feel! Off the grid added to the charm, but internet worked flawlessly. The sound of nearby river was really relaxing. Room was super cozy and check in was a breeze. Definitely would recommend to others.

If you need a break from the hustle of Wasilla/Anchorage this is a pretty great spot. VERY QUIET! Grab a chair on the balcony and enjoy the mountain views and listen to the river! A unique lodge where the rooms are warm and cozy.

Loved staying here. Wonderful area way out from everything. Beautiful views. The room was great, clean and comfy, little welcome bag waiting inside. My wife booked this room BEFORE we even knew they offered SxS offroad tours. So that was a huge bonus. 5/5 would recommend.
